*Tutu dress is made with elastic crochet band and piece of tulle  is hand-cut by myself at the time of order

*Measuring instructions:
Using inches please measure the smallest part of your child’s waist and above the navel to get your waist size.

6-12M - 14in waist, 9in length
12-18M – 15in waist, 10in length
18-22M- 16in waist, 10in length
2T – 17in waist, 10in length
3T – 18in waist, 11in length
4T – 20in waist, 12in length
5 – 21in waist, 13in length
6 – 22in waist, 14in length
