Custom ribbon tutu is made to order. This listing is for tutu only NO SHIRT!
This item is customized and can be made however you choose ! We can make ANY COLOR. If you fail to include special instructions and custom requests in the notes then you’re risking not getting your tutu the way you want it. Please include ALL DETAILS.
Normal processing time is about 1 week (most of the time a few days) and 3 -5 business days for shipping. If you need your item sooner please message me before placing your order so that we can work with you ! RUSH ORDERS have an additional fee of $10 Upgrading shipping does not speed up the process! So please let me know if you would like a “rush order” before placing your order.
Order Cancellations are allowed within 8 hrs of ordering. After the 8 hr period, cancellations are no longer valid. Your order will be filled and ship during the processing time-frame.
I will provide you with your tracking number once it’s shipped.There are no refunds, however I will work to ensure that you are 100% SATISFIED with your order.
